    Downtown Cheese is located in Reading Terminal Market (Philly). I don’t know if they have a facility for tours, but there’s a contact number…

    Beyond that, hop out to Lancaster County and see how the Amish do it. ;)

    I realize you asked about Southeastern Pennsylvania, but since no one has given you a specific answer yet, maybe you would be interested in an artisan cheese farm in New Jersey. The Valley Shephered Creamery is about 45 minutes to an hour from Philly.

    Another possibility that you might be interested in is in north eastern Pennylvania, where the LeRaysville Cheese Factory invites tours. You can find more info here:
