    SIX FLAGS MAGIC MOUNTAIN!!! They turn there “theme park” into a “Scream Park” for the month of October. Its called Fright Fest. And they do one of the best jobs I have ever seen. They have 4 terrifying haunted houses. Lines for these sometimes get up to 2 hours. They decorate the park with skeletons and cobwebs. They run almost all there coasters with no lights on at night, and the best part, they run there wooden double coaster, Colossus, BACKWARDS. Magic Mountain is my favorite theme park, even without Fright Fest, so this just adds to the enjoyment. They have an area called Gotham City, and at night they run fog machines and have goblins come out and scare people. Check there website for more info!

    If you are thinking of going to a theme park for halloween your choice should be Halloween Horror Nights at universal studios Hollywood. They have to most scariest mazes which include Jason, Freddy, and Leatherface( the top rated maze ). Then they have the tram ride and they take onto an actual movie set from the movie psycho and they leave you there and you have to walk through all these monster until you reach the end and it is so cool! They also have the house of horrors which is a year round haunted house with all of the past and present classic monsters such as chuckie, frankenstein and dracula, and now I hear they are having “The Strangers” added to the maze. Another thing cool about halloween horror nights is they have some pretty cool halloween themed shows such as chuckies insults, its so funny and they also have a magic show that is pretty cool with a few other fantastic shows. Halloween horror nights is the best because universal is a movie making place so they ahve to best props to make it seem and feel like you are in an actual horror movie and you wont leave disappointed, and another good thing is they dont let it get as crowded as other theme parks such as knotts scary farm.
