Dear Lily,
So how’s life in the U.S. without me? I really miss everyone back home, but I am enjoying myself here. Life here at the Bahamas isn’t the same as back home. It hasn’t been hard for me to adjust with all the welcoming people, marvelous sites, and of course all the delectable foods (yum). I’ve made some really good friends here; some are visitors like me but most are residents of the island. They’ve dragged me everywhere and my days have been jam packed with places, festivals, and landmarks. I haven’t had a single moments rest. Well I guess you want to hear everything in detail.
I’ve been to a number of festivals including the “Pineapple Fest” in Gregory Town, the “Crab Fest” in Andros, and, I can’t forget, Junkanoo. (There are so many others, but I can’t seem to remember them right now.) I just know you’ll love the ”Pineapple Fest,” seeing how you love pineapples and all. Lucky for you I’m going to bring some on my way home. I bet you’re eager for my arrival now (hehe…). I got to sample so many pineapple recipes, go on tours of pineapple farms, see some art, and watch some dancing. It was so much fun! Next: the main attraction of Andros-the “Crab Fest.” It was amazing! All of the crab dishes were delicious and there was this giant pen where hundreds of crabs were kept. I’ve never seen so many crabs in my life. Last,

no i wasnt suppose to put it online.
srry if im repeating myself but….we had to pretend like we are in a country in central america and write a letter to someone back home as if we are in that country. since i didnt finish typing it the night before, it meant i wouldnt be able to just print it and turn it in. i didnt stay up to finish it since we were gonna work on it at school. i didnt feel like retyping what i wrote at school so i posted it here so i could copy&paste. we hav to say all the sites we’ve been to so thats why there are links at the bottom. i hope that answers your question. if you hav any more or need me to clarify anything, just ask ^_^

Were you supposed to put the letter online? Or you just wanted something to do? Just curious. The pineapple farm sounds cool! =0)
